We're moving!

We’re expanding our offices at 4432 George Street in Sydenham to grow to better meet our residents’ needs. Our teams will be moving into temporary office space this summer. Here is where you can find us starting in August. There is no impact to our Public Services department located at 2490 Keeley Road.

• Starting August 8 at noon, Building and Planning reception will relocate to the Storrington Centre administrative offices at 3910 Battersea Rd. Please note our Building and Planning department will be closed the morning of August 8. The Storrington Centre will still be available for community groups to book.
• Starting August 16 at 8 am, the main Reception and Treasury department will relocate to the Sydenham Library Community Room, 4412 Wheatley Street.

After hours emergencies (after 4:30 pm, on weekends, holidays and office closures)

Call 613-376-3027 and follow the instructions to speak with our after hours service. Please do not email us or leave a voicemail if it is an after hour emergency. Mailboxes are not monitored after hours.

For urgent by-law complaints related to an animal, dog or noise enforcement issue during the evening or weekend, please contact Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement at 613-541-3213. This is an answering service only so please leave specific details and call back information.
