Recreation Fee and Facility Allocation Study

Our Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Master Plan called for a comprehensive review of recreation service fees, facility rental fees, allocation policies, and procedures. We engaged Sierra Planning to help complete the review. The goal is to ensure recreation service delivery is fair, efficient, equitable, sustainable, and transparent across all services and facilities managed or owned by the Township.

We’ve now posted the materials prepared by Sierra Planning on the project page on engagefrontenac.ca including the main presentation and an executive summary.

Public comments are being accepted until June 21, 2024. The Project team will report back to the Recreation Committee at the end of the summer before going to Council in the Fall with final recommendations.
