Pleasant Valley Municipal Drain
Maintenance work is being planned this fall for the Pleasant Valley Municipal Drain, a municipal drain built in 1985 that starts in Hartington and drains southwesterly for 6.4 kms towards Petworth Road to the Napanee River.
In May of 2021, inspections were carried out on the drain and it was found that maintenance was needed to address sediment build-up along with vegetation removal affecting channel capacity.
Members of the public are invited to a public meeting to learn more and provide feedback on the planned work on
