Notice of Public Meeting on Proposed Amendments to Planning Fees

The Council of the Township of South Frontenac will hold a virtual and in-person Public Meeting to inform the public about proposed amendments to the Planning Fees Schedule.

The proposed amendments to the Planning Fees Schedule will address matters that arose over the past year as well as changes in provincial legislation. The proposed amendments include the following matters:

1. Multi-residential and Residential site plan fees for waterfront properties
2. Subdivision legal deposit increase
3. Validation of title fee
4. Source Water Protection – Risk Assessment Review
5. Red line revisions to plans of subdivision/condominium
6. Request for Municipal Support Resolution for energy grid programs (FIT) or similar programs

This notice is being provided as per Schedule “10” to By-law 2016-73, a by-law to prescribe the form and manner and times for the provision of notice.
