Zoning Letters for Lawyers

Zoning compliance requests are to be submitted through a lawyer's office.

The fee is $123 per tax roll#/property, payable by cheque (made out to the Township of South Frontenac), cash, debit or credit card. 

The turnaround time for this service is 10 business days from the receipt of payment, depending on staffing levels and volume of work.

NOTE: We may be able to accommodate urgent requests (48 hours turnaround) depending on staffing levels and volume of work. A fee of $252 applies to these requests. Applicants must reach out to Planning staff prior to submitting any urgent requests.
