South Frontenac Township is here to help you through the planning and development process. Our Development Services team consists of planning, building and economic development.

The department manages the growth of the Township through the land-use planning process. The process balances the interests of property owners, the public, and Township policies and objectives. 

Building staff review building permit applications to ensure building construction complies with the Ontario Building Code, the Building Code Act and other applicable legislation to ensure that we have healthy and safe communities, and that construction is safe and complies with provincial legislation.
